Shakta Kaur Khalsa began practicing yoga in 1972, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 1976. She is an IKYTA certified teacher trainer, and a 500 RYT with Yoga Allaince. Additionally, she is an AMS certified Montessori educator and author of several well-known books for adults and children.Shakta travels extensively throughout the year teaching Kundalini Yoga workshops, yoga for women, and The Radiant Child Yoga Program, a certificate program for teaching children yoga.
